5 plums, an apple, or a peach


A slice of toasted whole-wheat bread and cucumber salad

You will need:

-400 grams of cucumbers

-200 ml of sour milk or yogurt

-One onion

A bit of salt

Preparation: Peel and slice the cucumbers and then sprinkle the salt on top and add the milk or yogurt and the onion. Mix the ingredients well.

You will need:

A cucumber

An apple

A handful of spinach

Half a tsp of ginger

Preparation: Put the ingredients in a blender and blend well until you get a homogenous mixture. Transfer it into a tall glass and add the grated ginger on top.
